Finding the time to go to the hairdresser can be a real challenge. Between work, family commitments, or the inability to go there due to mobility problems, it can be hard to go to the saloon during the shop opening hours.And even when you do, the process can be stressful - from the commute to the salon to the experience of getting your hair done.


We bring the salon to you, providing professional hairdressers at your doorstep at a time that's convenient for you. Our easy-to-use platform allows you to book a hairdresser for cuts, styling, and coloring, all in the comfort of your home. Say goodbye to the hassle of scheduling appointments and hello to the ultimate in-home hair care experience.


A platform that allows you to book a hairdresser for in-home services. Simply select the service you need (cut, styling, or coloring), and choose a day and time that works for you. Our professional and fully-equipped hairdressers will come to you, providing the ultimate in-home hair care experience.


Individuals with busy or unpredictable schedules, such as shift workers or busy parents, and those with mobility challenges, whether temporary or permanent, can all benefit from our at-home hairdressing service.


In this phase, the problem-solution fit has been validated before launching the final service on the market.

Validation was conducted on two actors: the end customer and the service provider.

  • We were testing the problem and five value propositions by creating 5 landing pages. We generated 165 leads at a CPL (Cost Per Lead) of €1.62.
  • We conducted 57 customer discoveries on the contacts we got before, 75% of the responses validated our hypotheses on the problem.
  • Development of the booking platform pretotype, for testing the solution through booking: we obtained 15 bookings in the first 24 hours
  • Price list validation test, conducted on 4 price lists. Obtained 34 bookings on the validated price list, with a CAC of €4.80 and an average revenue of €25/service for a total revenue, if the service were performed, of €850.
  • Validation on the service provider side, conducted through lead generation campaign. Obtained 63 contacts at a CPL of €5.51, 49 customer discoveries were conducted to understand the most suitable profile to collaborate with the startup.
