  • To test the market…we thoroughly analyzed industry reports and conducted customer discoveries with 10 sector specialists. Our research revealed that 25% of local agents spend most of their working hours manually searching for homeowners looking to sell.
  • To test the audience…we conducted user discoveries with industry experts in Europe, as well as active real estate agents to develop a deeper understanding of the most pressing problems lurking in their existing processes. We further gathered crucial insights into the acquisition costs of properties for sales, coupled with the data required for agencies to conduct evaluations.
  • To test the problem…we carried out Facebook and Google Ads to identify and validate the issue.
  • To test the solution…we created a series of online landing pages exploring different value propositions.
  • To test the final service…we targeted a total of 20 real estate agencies, 12 of which (60%) opted to purchase the package.

Gian Luca transitioned from the design and communication industry into the world of food and innovation, where he attended various events as a speaker and teacher. He explored new paths for the food and communication industry while working in countries like China, Oman, Portugal, Ireland, Bosnia, England, France, and Italy. In 2017, Gian Luca left his position as the founder of Gnammo, Italy’s leading platform for social eating. Since then, he has been committed to supporting the development of new projects in the food, tourism, and innovation industry.

For 10 years in the world of digital marketing, she has worked as a Marketing Manager at Gajarda Srl, a water treatment and purification company, at Gruppo Mancinelli, a leading company in the Italian food sector, and as an SEO specialist at ByTek Marketing of Datrix Group (a group of Tech Companies, listed on Euronext Growth Milan), also acquiring basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and PHP languages. During her academic years, she spent 6 months on Erasmus at the Universitat de Barcelona, gaining excellent proficiency in Spanish and a good understanding of Catalan. Always passionate about photography, she has been a teacher at the HISO1000 digital photography school and the official photographer for sports events, conferences, and weddings. Enterprising and meticulous. When she starts a job, she always sees it through to completion and is not satisfied until the result is as she desired.

Born in 1972, Danilo Tardino graduated in Architecture at the University of Palermo and got a Master in Strategic Design at the Polytechnic of Milan. During his career Danilo combined experiences in asset management (Pirelli RE, Deutsche Bank, SIRTI) and experiences in consulting or service companies with focus on Corporate Real Estate. From 2019 to 2021 he was CEO of Roger Group SpA. In 2007 he founded REIMA (Real Estate Italian Manager Association) and had a seat in the board of ASPESI. In 2012 he was among the founders of Federimmobiliare and Honorary President of Real Estate Italian Young Managers Association since 2014.
