Hommi

Entrepreneurship Program at the university’s Business School. He later moved to Turin to pursue a Master’s degree in Marketing and Advertising.He began his professional career in large-scale retail, where—after completing a rigorous Graduate Program—he advanced to the role of Area Manager, leading teams of over 100 people and overseeing up to 18 stores. In this position, he managed logistics, commercial operations and financial performance, while specializing in store layout optimization during multiple renovations and new openings.He later worked as a business consultant for SMEs in the Piedmont region, developing strategic solutions to support growth and operational efficiency.Alessandro has also gained experience in three startups, focusing on business validation and financial modeling.He believes that the true value of a startup lies in its ability to deliver on its promises — consistently, at scale, and with reliability. He's currently the co-founder of Hommi.

He supervised more than 10 agents across Italy and abroad, gaining solid experience in sales process management.As the founder of Serviloo, a marketplace for cleaning services, he led the company’s growth to a business volume of €1M and annual revenue of €300K, managing a 12-member team and raising capital through equity crowdfunding, business angels, and public funding programs. Later, he founded Weecare, a marketplace for domestic workers, achieving profitability within six months and generating a net profit of €25K. In parallel, he gained experience in the public sector as a Parliamentary Assistant and City Councilor, strengthening institutional relations and developing networking and stakeholder management skills.
